Everything about Picasso is great. If you are looking for place to live, come and check out. It's conveniently located on Wilshire and Bundy, next to Ralphs, cafes, and UPS...etc.

Picasso Brentwood is a beautiful place located a few minutes from the ocean. You have everything you need nearby like grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacy in less than 10min walk. And the term "hospitality" was created to define the Picasso's team. These people are just awesome, supportive and can help you with whatever you need

The Staff is very nice and helpful. The apartments are very cozy and ideal for living. The portal is very effective when it comes to maintenance and payments.

Eunice and Oliver are so responsive, kind, and professional! They already remember our names, our reserved unit number, and specific information about our needs. I'm so impressed by this because we are moving from across the country and have not actually met them face-to-face yet. It's clear that they pay attention and care about their future tenants. Thanks to their flexibility and quick response time, they have made this whole apartment pre-leasing experience very easy for us. I have talked... with so many leasing agents around LA beforehand but the Picasso Brentwood team is the best! On top of this, the apartments look beautiful (quart countertops, fancy cabinets, stainless steel appliances, etc.), have amazing amenities (pool, hot tub, co-working space, fitness center, etc), and rent is really great for a BRAND NEW apartment in Brentwood. I'm super excited to live here and I really can't thank the Brentwood Picasso team enough for all of their efforts! If you are thinking of moving here, definitely talk to the leasing team (Eunice & Oliver) - they are incredibly helpful!!
