Roberts Rochester Apartments

I've been living at the Rochester for a couple months now. I've gotta say that I feel secure here, and that's due to the management of the building. Sabrina and Gerard have been nothing short of cordial, kind, and responsive since I've come here. Whatever issues I've had, they've been quick to give me a response and resolve them as soon as possible. To give an example, our washing machines weren't functioning properly for about a week, and Sabrina made sure to keep us updated as inspections and... repairs were made. Tried to contact the property manager and the company several times, but no response at all!

The building is badly neglected and the staff at the front office, in uncommon instances they're actually present, have been consistently and aggressively rude.

Just moved out of here. Building is OK. HR front desk is an absolute disaster to work with. I was inquiring about the security deposit and the front desk lady was uninterested and condescending. In the end, she hung up on me and I had to call back...
