black mold, unsafe conditions and unresponsive team

i was really hopeful about living here, the location is great and the spanish details of the building are lovely. but between the stolen packages (the parcel pending locker is not used by delivery services they will just leave things in the lobby), stolen laundry, black mold that keeps coming back, continuous plumbing issues, unscheduled maintenance entering the apartment without permission and the lack of responsiveness of the management team, i cannot recommend living here. also, if you drive... a hybrid, my catalytic converter has been stolen three times in less than 6 months while parking overnight. i wish i was exaggerating, the apartment itself could be so nice if it was better managed and maintained.

terrible management

Please avoid renting from this place. I moved in and the apartment wasn't cleaned - hadn't been since the previous tenant moved out. The apartment wasn't maintained either. I had to chase them to fix all the things wrong that were pretty routine maintenance. The leasing person ghosted me and it took me two months for them to get back to me. They almost didn't reimburse me for the cleaning I had to finally pay for. The insulation is terrible - the heating unit has to always be on and the bathroom... has no ventilation so you have to open the window which makes it freezing during the winter. Also, the sound insulation is almost laughable and some packages of mine have been stolen. The parcel pending is kept in the basement with the laundry and no one uses it. They will also add random charges to your rent.
