Sunset Barrington Gardens is a very special place to live. Super attentive, kind, and supportive staff in a gorgeous setting well cared for and welcoming for both singles and families. I have been here for nearly a decade and look forward to calling this home for years to come. Thank you, Latisha, Dale, and team!

I don't often write reviews, but the Sunset Barrington Gardens has been a fantastic home for the past 2.5 years. Despite being a fairly large property (over 200 units), management does a great job of keeping it in order. People are quiet, respectful, and the grounds are always well kept. There is a night guard that walks the property at night which is an added safety bonus. Maintenance requests get fixed in 24-48 hours and all of the on-site management folks are incredibly nice. Biggest... complaint is that packages get lost sometimes because Fed Ex and other delivery services get confused about the building numbers. For example, there are multiple Apt. 105's (in building 217, 219, etc.). I typically just get things delivered to the front office (233) to avoid that.
