Very amateur, mid low grade build.

It’s OK, at best. Looks like it would be really nice and clean, and it is for the most part, but consider this being an ikea version of a new building, if it were assembled by someone who didn’t read the instructions. There’s hardly any outlets, one/2 bedrooms of Gemma south were converted from a studio, in other words they built walls and put plexiglass up top and have no vents to the room or outlets on the walls, all the outlets are on one breaker and flips all the time. Management changes... like every 6 months. Oh and for a new building there is NO soundproofing between neighbors. Again. Amateur ikea build.

Great management and excellent location

We moved to the Gemma Apartments right when it opened, and we love our place. Management is really helpful and the staff is friendly. We've been getting great deals every year we renew and we plan on staying here for a while!

Great Location. Terrible Management and faulty building.

Building is in great location, inside apartments look really good but we have had a car break in, problems with getting hot water and unable to get consistent working AC. Management offers no answers or solutions other than, “we can’t do anything about it” and we’ll send someone to fix it. It’s embarrassing and if we hadn’t signed a lease already, we’d be leaving.
