I have lived in this apartment for about two years now. It is a nice apartment but the rooftop pool area is always dirty, and the leasing office seems to not have a routine on cleaning it

When I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned at all. That was disappointing! My washer had a bad odor so I had to buy sanitizing tablets/Sanitizing powder to clean the washer. I cleaned for about 2weeks, but still smells, bottom tray and washer it self is filthy. patio wasnt cleaned nor repainted. A lot of things were missed before handing me the keys. I’m very big on cleanliness so that was a problem but because I did not want any hassle to have someone keep going in and out of my place I... decided to clean and sanitize a lot it. I wished they replaced my washer though because of how it was kept prior to me moving in. Other than that I like my place. People upstairs are loud keep hearing their footsteps all thru out the day esp at night. I am not so bothered by the noise but there are times I wish they would be more considerate knowing that there’s someone below them. I also got a not so friendly note on my door the first/second week I moved in. Other than that I am enjoying my place.

Very nice community with beautiful apartment. Location is perfect and close to all neighborhoods and all essentials. Management is also nice but cleanliness in the parking and corridors is not good.

Its good, workorder should be improved. Cleaning is also not good. Security needs to improve as a pot of cars are tailgating. Utilities charges are too high.

The apartment community offers a great living experience with clean facilities, friendly staff, and a safe environment. The location is convenient, and amenities like the gym and pool are well-maintained. Highly recommended!
