the price is nice, it has a wonderful pool area, but the lack of security, strange people who do not live in the building, packages and parcels disappear, lack of more people for cleaning, the building is too big for just one person

Any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently, contributing to a positive living experience. However, there is a significant concern regarding the sensitivity of the fire alarm system. It frequently triggers without cause, often resulting in false alarms. This creates uncertainty among residents, as it becomes difficult to discern when an alarm... signals an actual emergency requiring evacuation. The situation not only disrupts daily life but also poses potential safety risks by fostering complacency or confusion during a genuine emergency. It's a phenomenal experience everything is so well managed great views no disturbance and high security loving it totally, I would highly recommend this place.

great place to live. definitely a peaceful community full of friendly people and drivers who actually drive the speed limit of 5 mph in the parking lot.
