DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

My patio has been rat infested and it was brought to the management team for now a month!! Trying to leave and they will not give me corporates number. My dog got an infection from the flea typhus. They will not reimburse me for my patio set and they are the most unprofessional management team ever!!

Hello,
We are saddened to hear that you are experiencing pest issues in your home. Our community receives pest control treatment weekly and units are treated upon request. As soon as a resident notices pest issues in their homes, we encourage them to...
immediately submit a request for pest control treatment. Our team will work with customary due diligence per the lease to resolve the concern. We encourage you to follow all pre/post treatment instructions and to continue submitting requests until activity is no longer detected. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to assisting with treatments.
Kind Regards,
Madison

Only move here if you are desperate!

I wish we would have seriously looked at the reviews before signing our lease; we were a little stuck as it was a last-minute move from out of state. LOVE the area and I technically love the apartment.

What I DON'T love is the following:
#1 - lack of communication with the management office
#2 - horrible (above) neighbors - no consequences to change behavior
#3 - no response from management to serious complaints
#4 - garbage is becoming a huge issue!
#5 - Did I mention the lack of response...
from the management office yet?
#6 - no one on-site - how are you suppose to witness complaints if you are not here!?!

If management responds (by email and sometimes by text), they give you the "politically correct" response which does me absolutely no good if the bad behavior doesn't change at all! If you think about it, I actually pay you to deal with these issues, so basically you are stealing my money and not abiding by our lease agreement. You have an obligation to manage the complex with reasonable requests as much as I am obligated to follow the rules.

We would have stayed here for god knows how long as we really do like our apartment, but how the company treats you says a lot! We have been here for 6-months and are breaking our lease due to the excessive noise our neighbors produce - the complex response: they are living their lives! WOW, so glad they are living their lives, as their two horrible children run, jump, bang, scream, and ride their toys across the apartment all day long...I'm not kidding - ALL. DAY. LONG! And they start at a wonderful hour of 3-4 AM. So, quiet hours are really non-existent!

For the amount of money we pay in rent, we deserve to live our lives as well. So sad that so many people are unhappy here and the management chooses, (Yes, this is a choice Los Alisos!!!) not to do anything to make the simple improvements to help make the residents who pay good money to live here have a little happiness in their home life!

Hi,
We understand how noise disturbances can be both stressful and frustrating, and we truly apologize you have been dealing with an unresolved disturbance in your home. According to our records, we have issued noise violations to the appropriate...
party and we're actively working to resolve the issue; Our team additionally relayed they have offered the option of transferring units and would be more than happy to assist you with this, as it is important to us that you are comfortable in your home! We have shared your email and concerns with our management team as well, and someone should be reaching out shortly to assist!
Kind regards,

What a difference a year makes

When I moved in March 2020 this place was amazing and worth every dime. Now it is awful. UDR has turned into ghost management. All the things you could imagine not happening or happening incorrectly are the result of on-site management being stripped of authority or entirely removed. I can't even count the times I haven't been able to actually speak to a human in person or on the phone. Nothing could convince me to stay here.

Amber Julian LOVE living here!

Staff is truly great. They really care about the people that live here. Maintenance staff responds quickly, usually the same day and do a great job taking care of any problem you may have. Property is kept spotless and is well maintained. It has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. Hope to be here a long time!

STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY! I've had not one, but TWO CARS STOLEN from within their "secure" and "patrolled" parking garage, along with an expensive bike from inside of a locked storage unit within the garage.

This place is dangerous for your personal belongings. Go down the street where it's far more secure

It looks nice, the management is pleasant, but not worth the theft and loss you'll have to endure. This is the 3rd car stolen from their property in the past few weeks, and they don't let their residents...
know.

STAY AWAY
