Live Oak Apartments

Cars are being broken in, cars are being stolen, and the office keeps hiding it. They don’t take any action, all they say is sorry that happened, it’s out of our control. Just note this has been happening for a while now. I’ve conducted a survey and gotten lots of stories from renter that have lived here a very long time. Their excuse: Everything is a “Liability”. I will recommend that renting here is a liability. Office management is horrible. Also, they try to find any excuses to not give you... back the deposit when you move out. I’m glad I moved out. Security sleeps in their car . Rats everywhere and cockroaches the worst apartments we want to leave and they won’t let us because our lease won’t be over until March . These apartments are the worst

I have been here a little over a year. I love it here. The staff and complex are nice and its very pretty in the summer with all of the trees.

Basic necessities. Nice enough neighbors. Fine facilities.

This apartment has beautiful high ceiling and the layout is spacious. It feels like a condo more than an apartment. The landscaping is like having small parks in between each building and they offer a community garden where you can grow your own produce. The pool and 2 hot tubs are always clean and never over corded and they even have a small kiddie pool for the little ones. They offer a restroom right next to the pool so you don't have to go home to use it and the best part is the candy... machines so you can snack after working up an appetite swimming. The front office is very friendly and they always know my name when I come to pick up packages or ask a question. When I call them for repairs in the apartment, they literally fix it the very next day that you're available. They really take care of their tenants! If you're looking for a place that you can get lost in away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then this is your apartment. Come on home!! Read More
