Monterey Townhouse has been a great place to call home for the past 10 months. It’s conveniently located to shopping and my work. Parking is good, and the laundry rooms are plentiful and accessible.

A cute little home

I have loved living here! It’s generally quiet and has all the essentials (shopping and dining) within walking distance. I love that it’s a pet friendly apartment, which means I am always meeting new dog and cat friends :) Nancy and Ericka are the leasing agent and community manager. They do a great job of keeping the club house well stocked with snacks and are always so kind when I stop in for a coffee! The complex is pretty good at getting maintenance requests done right away. You can submit... them easily online, same as paying rent- which is so convenient. Adorable small park around the corner that is great for hosting small gathers, taking the dogs for a walk, or peeking in their little free library for a new read!
