How Is This Rating Determined?

Don't move in

They overcharge for what is section 8 lifestyle and that's no shade on section 8 but come on. They don't keep the grounds clean we are in 25 and the cabinets and carpet looks like something from the 90s the washer and dryer are constantly breaking down or don't work properly I could go on and on but I hope you get the point. And no we are not being evicted hell we wanna leave sooner but we are waiting until the end of the lease.

Maintenance

I just want to say that I have been living at Fresco Apartments for the last 12 years. I have made it my home. It has easy access to several places surrounding the complex. Also, the office and maintenance are always there to help when needed. The maintenance crew comes in to fix things and are always so polite and professional. I love the maintenance crew that Weidner has hired for all the maintenance issues. I give maintenance and office 5 stars.

Enjoying my new place!!!

I just moved into fresco apartment homes and I’m in love with my new place. The office staff has been wonderful and has made the move in process very easy. They are polite, friendly and efficient.

Worst management team

Worst expensive I've had living in a complex, it takes them over a month to service your apartment and they the apartment was not ready when I moved in the floor still has holes on the kitchen (after almost 2 years!), And lastly! They towed my car after I already registered it and they refuse to refund me!
Do yourself a favor and find another place, there are a lot of other places that give much better service, and be sure to find a place where the management cares about it's residents because... that this one does not care for the better of it's residents at all

Safety issues - unkept garbage area

TWO attempted break ins during 4 month stay. Garbage area - not kept clean. Trash thrown around bins.
