Hello, Thank you for your review, we take every review seriously and ways to improve the property. In regards to the alarms going off, we believe we have fix the issue, since it has been almost 3 weeks with alarm. However we are monitoring very... closely and working with the Fire Department and our Fire Life Safety Contractor to ensure it is fix. If the current solution fails we do have a plan B and C. However all communication will be sent out via our online portal (If needed). In regard s the online reservation I would love to help you get a reservation in, we are obeying to city and county guidelines. I am unsure if you know we have opened up the calendar to reserve for the next 10 days and the registration does open at Midnight.

Thank you for your review as we take all reviews as a learning opportunity. We have talked before by my name is Jonathan and I am currently the new manager as of 2 weeks. I have been sending out communication about the fire alarms the last... couple of days. We are working closely with the fire department and the fire life safety vendor to fix the system fully. We do understand that the fire alarms impact work from home schedule or the alarms going off any time of day or night that is why my number 1 priority is the fire alarm system and ensuring our residents can relax at home.
