You will have the entire house, property and garage to yourself. Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. The garage fits one large truck or van or two medium cars. There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost $99 per night with a minimum of 2 nights. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets.

Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting our house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.
