Outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs city ordinance. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors, and any music audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable, with daytime considered from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. A security hold of $750 will be processed 5 days prior to arrival and returned on checkout day post-inspection for damages. The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.
