This property is terrible
First off let me start by saying I wouldn't wish a living situation like this upon my worst enemy. I'm a current resident and my lease is almost up (thank goodness). This place looks nice from the outside/in but it is far from that. In the course of 11 months the mailroom has been broken into 3 times, multiple vehicle break ins, garage break ins and countless complaints about intruders trying to open doors in the middle of the night. This place doesn't have a single camera outside of the main... office/mailroom. They are more concerned about towing cars, when there are 4 guest parking spots total in the whole community. They claim to be a safe residency since it is so close to the police station, but that's obviously not the case. As for the security cars that drive around once a month, good luck with their help. They are half asleep/on their phone just collecting a check. I chose an apartment on the 3rd story to try and avoid loud neighbors above me but instead I got stuck with extremely loud neighbors below me. I know what you're thinking.. "how can you hear your neighbors below you??". I'll tell you why, this place has no insulation in the walls. I have dealt with this for 11 months straight, listening to my neighbors run back and forth every single day until the time I fall asleep and then as soon as i'm home from work. I complained about my neighbors at least 15 times over the past 6 months and I received absolutely NO help. I spoke with 4 different employees including the main manager. The last employee I spoke with actually asked if he could come sit in my apartment with me to hear for himself. In the middle of a global pandemic, he wanted to come sit in my apartment because my word wasn't good enough after calling every week. After he sat there for about 30 minutes and listened to my obnoxious neighbors I was told "this is just apartment living for you, it's the way it is". To top things off, my apartment is closer to the main street and anytime a semi truck drives by the whole apartment shakes.. and not just a tiny shake. It feels like an earthquake. From that point on I knew this place didn't care the slightest bit about my uncomfortable living situation. All of the employees in the leasing office come off as nice and helpful but once you sign your lease, good luck with any issues beyond that point. I'm trying to save the next person or family from the horrible experience I had here at this apartment complex.
