Hi Everyone! I have lived here for almost 2 Years! Love my apartment on the first floor facing the marina. Maintenance and leasing office staff are exceptional. The amenities are like a top hotel.

Maintenance worker came out immediately (after hours) for our refrigerator problem and provided a temporary refrigerator before our food spoiled. The maintenance person provided excellent service.
