Misleading Money Grabbers!
The apartments look beautiful online and are reasonably priced, however, that's where the advantage ends. I tried to coordinate with the customer service office to secure a 2 bedroom apartment and was told I needed to send a $200 personal check to the office. I called to verify the address and that the unit I was interested in was still available. Marilyn in the main office said it was and that it would be put on hold for me. I sent them my money and an hour later, received a phone call from... Marilyn stating that the apartment I just paid to hold was no longer available and the only other apartment they had that was available now was a single bedroom. She offered me another two bedroom but it wouldn't be available until after I needed to move. Applying to this place was a waste of time and money. I am surprised they didn't want my business especially after they complimented that I scored very very high on their application process. Future renters beware, stay away from this place if you don't like pay money for nothing!
