How Is This Rating Determined?

Easy Management

Loved my time here. Management was easy to work with over text, flexible and fast. Stayed in a Studio. If I move back to Sacramento I plan on moving back here. Only complaint is my balcony door didn't seem to seal properly so slightly more noise than I would've wished for.

The rooftop is the best rooftop in the city.
