Welcoming experience! Amazing neighborhood and amazing amenities to offer. My favorite part would be the gym and the rooftop pool

One of the best apartments in Sac hands down! The staff is Amazing. They always go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. They make you feel like this is your home! The apartment maintenance at Gio is excellent. They come within the hour! The amenities are good, however certain things don’t work. Overall I love living here!

Wonderful location! Great to a lot of delicious restaurants and steps away from the medical center. Nice walk along the Elmhurst neighborhood as well!

Very disappointing move-in process. The day that we told the staff that we were going to move-in, they were still working on paintings and didn't finish setting the blinds after three weeks of move-in. The bathroom faucet was broken, some of the latches were missing on the windows, and there were no towel hanger on one of the bathrooms. The front entrance was undone, and still hasn't been till 3 weeks of moving in. Also, there is ONE parking space for a household regardless of the number of... bedrooms, you can't get B permit, very inconvenient. Would NOT recommend moving here.
