LINQ is located near light rail, dining, shopping and near the freeway! Wonderful place to call home! Office and maintenance staff are AWESOME SAUCE!

I have been a resident of LINQ Midtown for three years, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! The staff, led by Robbin, Sabrina, and Katie, along with the dedicated maintenance and support teams, creates a safe and welcoming environment that caters perfectly to both professionals and retirees.
The community fosters a sense of elegance, peace, and positivity, with residents from diverse backgrounds, including national and international origins. Neighbors genuinely look out for one... another, making it a friendly and supportive place to live.
Additionally, the location is incredibly convenient, with a food market, Starbucks, and gas station all within walking distance. There is also great parking to take away the stress of finding security for your vehicle. I LOVE living at LInq so much but I gave 5 stars because I have been pricing other apartments and feel Linq is more expensive than most places.

We moved to LINQ Midtown 4 1/2 years ago from the East Coast. Prior to moving, we visited Sacramento and checked out several apartment complexes as possibilities. LINQ won! - and it was the perfect choice!
