Decent, but not worth the price

Recently "renovated", but a lot of cheap fixes. Nice appliances. A lot of noisy neighbors. Many tenants never shut the gates. I had a studio, but with all the afternoon sun, the AC couldn't keep up. Made it unbearable. Expect your electric bill to be high for the size of the space. You can find a lot of options that are better for the same rent.

Small but very quiet inside but mist if the time specially in the evening people are sometimes yelling.. Baby is crying..
