low income project, masquerading as a suburban "retreat"
The property tricks you with friendly staff who support you through the leasing process - answering your calls and treating you friendly. The facility looks nice enough and the rental price is almost too good to be true. And so you sign your lease and happily move in to your new apartment with high ceilings, ample closet spaces, and large windows that let in lovely light. And you are happy with your decision.
AND THEN...
They no longer take your phone call because they are too busy. Everything... , you find, is a facade...the bathtub isn't fresh white and clean - but rather painted white. There is sewage smell emitting from every pipe. You enter maintenance requests and it takes days - if not weeks before someone shows up and some maintenance staff talk to you with disrepsectful, scolding tones, and put bainaides on things that truly need serious attetion and repairs.
AND THEN...
Your water is shut of regularly because there is ALWAYS something wrong with the plumbing. And then your mail boxes are closed down for several months because they were broken in to and now you have to go to the psot office to get your mail. And your car is broken in to and the deadbolt to your storage locker is cut and creepy men are prowling around your property at night looking for something to steal.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! This is a low income project, masquerading as a suburban "retreat". (that is their word choice - just check out their website - what a joke!)
