The hot tubs are broken. The gym is dirty. The yoga room never gets cleaned swept or mopped. The sauna is always broken. Theirs graffiti in the kids park.

Building 5545 parking garage exit gate not fixed after two months of informing office and following thier procedures of submitting work requests. Three requests have been submitted and still no repair to exit gate.

As apartment living goes, Greenfield village Apartments have been really good for us. You can't beat the service, the Maintenance has been outstanding. The Maintenance people are very professional, friendly and very helpful.
The office staff could not be better, always willing to help solve and problems you may have.
