Not worth the money

This is the second time they raised the rent since the new management took over a year ago, the new management is horrible they just care about money, when you request a maintenance issue they dont response and if they do they dont fix any problems. The person in the office is so rude, she treats the tenants like garbage. Among many of the issues we have are leaks from sinks and ceiling when it rains, roaches, insects, mold and so mcuh more. Not to mention with higher rent nothing is included,... tenants now pay for water, gas, sewer, insurance, trash.

Keep looking... don't move here.

This place does not care about its tenants, just money! They have raised our rent and are renting apartments nearly double what the previous owner charged for a worse product. We have constant leaks, cockroaches, and an overall lack of safety on this property. Obviously, the word got out that this place is awful because half the complex is empty, and people always leave. Really sad that this is how this beautiful, charming complex turned into completely overpriced garbage with awful... management. They are lucky that I am not going to go into detail about some of the awful things they have done to us residents since they took over.

Run from this place

I have lived here for a couple of months and this place is the worse place to live. There’s so many things wrong with it I don’t know where to start. First is that we don’t get mail. They closed it months so say goodbye to whatever mail your suppose to get. The gate doesn’t work so homeless people come in and out and its really making me feel unsafe. There are cockroaches everywhere. I talked to them about getting pest control but they did not show up twice. Finally they came once and I got one... spray but they are still everywhere. They really only care about money and there’s women that works in the office that super rude. Do yourself a favor and run from this place!

Horrible Management

Called and scheduled a tour, they then sent email to confirm my tour. Showed up and girl in the office said they have no idea what Im talking about when I just called them and hour before. Waste of my time.
