Alchemy Apartments

Do not move here! I have loved here for 13 months. In that time I have had 2 bikes that were securely locked with a U lock in the bike room and multiple attempts at break ins to my apartment. Despite calling the police, the building management refuses to cooperate with the investigation and says things like “crime has no address”. Loud, disrespectful neighbors and utterly unresponsive management.

Not to mention: STILL ongoing construction, with more LARGE building to erect causing even more construction noise, dirt, dust, and traffic congestion. P.S. Laguna St is really the Octavia Blvd Byway ie. freeway.

I went to see these places, very nice. But there is a pot dispensary moving in one block away. There have been murders, muggings, and other violent crime because if these dispensaries in the past on this block. Why would I move into a new luxury apartment where I could get shot? No thanks
