Incompetent Management
By far the absolute worst management at this property. They are responsive until they lock you into a lease and then you can’t ever reach them. If you want to stop by the office and talk to someone, good luck as the door is probably locked during open hours. If you ring the bell and knock enough someone might actually answer but then they stand right in front of the door so you can’t even walk in. Completely unwelcoming.
For nearly a year I would call leaving messages about excessive noise... issues from a neighbor. Nothing was done in the rare occasion I actually got ahold of management and when I would express my frustration, they adamantly denied that I tried to contact them. When they finally wanted to addressed it the excuse I got was that there was only 1 person working. If that was the case for that entire time, sounds like the manager doesn’t realize it’s her responsibility to hire someone. Even in poor hiring climates it doesn’t take that long.
You can sit and wait for a text or email response for days and if you leave a voicemail, you can consider it a true waste of breath as they will not call back.
I ended up breaking my lease early and when I was able to get hold of them in the office I was told I needed to pay 2x my monthly rent to break early. When I reviewed my lease the actual charge was 1.5x rent. They just wanted extra money. Don’t expect to get your deposit back as they will charge you just enough to where they don’t have to, if not more.
Trash chute rooms are always filthy and I’ve even seen groundskeepers walk by dog waste on the concrete right by the building entrance and do nothing about it.
You can guarantee your guests will have no place to park and that vehicles will constantly be blocking one side of the road constantly causing near accidents.
To give you an idea of how little these people can be trusted, I purposefully waited until well after my tenancy ended and everything was closed because I don’t trust them not to try and charge me more because I leave this bad review.
