Park Kiely Apartments

Park Kiely is my first apartment experience with my little growing family. We have only lived in homes and dealt with the owners directly, so this experience has been different. I don’t have anything really to complain about. We love it here so far. We moved in less than a month ago. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful & responsive. I always have a ton of questions, yet I never got the feeling that I was a bother, which I appreciate. Communication is extremely important to me, and I would... say the staff at this community fulfill that need and make it easy for me to feel reassured. Turn around for maintenance is quick & their techs are knowledgeable. This community is very family oriented, which is something I was looking for when searching for our new home. There’s plenty of amenities that make being here worth it. I feel safe & comfortable enough to take a stroll with my baby at night because there are people of all ages still out. Kids playing. People on the ball courts. Groups & singles getting their steps in around the community. I love that it’s not a ghost town and it’s pretty active. It truly is a community. An awesome property to live in, all staff members are very friendly.

I would not rent here again in a million years. The pest issues, annoying children with careless parents, and awful maintenance, are all not worth it.

I enjoy living here. The management team does a good job with communication and helpful.

Amazing please to live in. Great amenities, great management.
