The cleaning guy and the maintenance guy are awesome! I have not had issues with any off the 2727 Edison staff. The building is nice and they take good care of it

Nice, quiet community. Maintenance responds quickly and also takes care of issues on site well. Office is timely with emails and notices. Fitness room needs more upkeep since both Peloton machines are broken, and the elliptical is making a loud sound when in use.

I have been a resident of Hillsdale Square Apartments since 2009! My husband and I wanted to live in a complex that accepted our little dog, that was close to shopping, parks and entertainment. All of these amenities were just around the corner.
As my husband went through some health challenges, we were able to move into another apartment that was next to the elevator and our parking spot in the garage was just a few steps away from the elevator exit.
In 2021-2022 the renovations to the... building and each apartment were stunning! We felt so proud of how Hillsdale Square was transformed! The recreation room, the exercise area, the pool and the new dog run were updated and beautiful.
This December, my husband passed away at the hospital. He was 98.5 years old. The management team sent me flowers. and condolences, as did many of my wonderful neighbors!
Hillsdale Square is more than a place to live. It’s a caring and vibrant community of people!

Great amenities (sauna, fitness room although there’s only a treadmill, Pelotons, and small set of dumbells up to 25lbs). Work Orders are taken care of pretty quickly. Resident textline always responds promptly. Overall, great apartment experience so far.

Good place to live and in a good area. The residence is well maintained. The price is just getting high so if you don’t mind paying a high price for convenience, I would recommend this place.
