I spoke with sandy after I submitted my application.. I was impressed by the fast response and the compassion she showed me….the next morning Domonique called me with her positive energy to let me know that things were moving along.. she was really friendly and professional.. overall I’m proud of this team and I’m feeling good about my experience with marine view..

The management staff along with maintenance take their jobs seriously. They are professional, thorough, and efficient. I have lived at Marine View for over 17 years and I'm a satisfied resident.

Marine View Apartments is a quiet neighborhood with a daily breeze of fresh air. I just moved in this month and I am not sure what the summer weather would be like. The place offer a "different" San Pedro view
