DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a horrible experience with the new property manager. They are not friendly and not professional. During office hours, often no one is available in person or by phone/email. They scheduled a roof repair without any heads up which was difficult as I was working from home on Zoom. I do not recommend living in this apartment.

This place is Unsafe and Shady

Whatever you do, do not rent here. It may seem good but the management could care less about you. They will promise all kinds of made up amenities. Such as getting a gate. I was told two years ago that they were getting a front gate soon. This is one of the biggest reasons I went with the unit. However 2 years later and still no gate. Funniest part about it, is I've talked many other residents some that have been here for 10 plus years and were promised that gate. Clearly they are using it as a... selling point without actually planning on getting one. You think that's shady, it isn't even the beginning. Due to them having no gate, the homeless wander in here and break into vehicles not to mention the mailbox. And of course management doesn't care and the mailbox has been broken for months. They actually make residents drive elsewhere to get there mail. Ridiculous. The parking is free for all. Sounds great at first until a resident comes with 7 of his own cars and then of course you have other residents with multiple people living in their homes who come with their own cars. There have been times I have had to park outside the apartment unit. Not okay, especially since this is not a good area of town. When I went to complain they had the nerve to try to sell me a garage. Excuse me, you already overcharge for a tiny apartment and now you want me to shovel put more. Then there's the hornet problem. Oh yes they have a hornet problem. Hope you like to be stung because they will all over your apartment in the summer. When I turned it into management she literally just came in killed around 2 and said this is totally normal don't even worry about it. Folks I couldn't make this up if I tried. Don't bother filling in a maintenance request. They will claim months later they never received them. How convenient for them. Then they will tell you, well you have to call the office to submit a request. Of course the chances of them actually being in the office is pretty rare. Oh but don't worry you can call their phone that they never answer. make sure you leave a message that they will never return. It's okay though because they have an emergency number that's disconnected. So unreal. here's another great story from such a fun place. They hired roofers who had no idea what they were doing. They kept falling off the roof and were drinking beers while roofing. Best part about these fabulous roofers, they drilled actually holes in my ceiling.

Tenant Review

Since I moved into this apartment complex, reasonable accommodation has always been the foremost mission of the management. The lady, Monique, in the front office, goes the extra mile to see that her tenants are properly taken care of with thorough consideration. The maintenance man is very determined to repair and help tenants with their mechanical and material issues that arise spontaneously. The grounds are well kept by the assigned gardeners, and the neighbors are very kind.

Cottage Living

A cozy cottage feel, featuring one and two bedroom apartments with lush green landscapes and a sparkling clean pool. Clean laundry facilties and an on-site manager make Harbor Isle a great place to come home to.

My Home

My apt is only a one bedroom, one bath unit but I consider it to be a cozy cottage and it has a very nautical feel. The grounds are well kept with a lovely pool area that is well maintained. But the best part of being a Harbor Isle tenant is the exceptional manager who lives on site, she makes Harbor Isle a real home.
