very peaceful community in a great location. the only downside i find is the construction noise on weekdays but it hasnt bothered me too much. amenities are awesome & staff are very helpful

New but Cheap Construction

Paper thin walls and ceilings so you hear everything.
Charge 210 dollars for cleaning fee for studio apartments when left in great condition.
Garage doors always broken.
Air conditioner is not VFD so its either hot or cold.
