Terrible resident relationship service
Lived here for 2 years and have never seen the residential office person. The office only accept phone calls and the call was never answered in time.
They also need more training with their office people.
I asked for a waive on the late fee caused by my bank mistakenly freezing my account. The guy responded with a condescending tone: "It is not our responsibility to manage your financial situation. You earned your late fee."
