Pool is closed with no timeline for reopening

The complex pool has been closed and the owner has not given any timeline for reopening, nor have they indicated that tenants will be rightfully compensated until the service becomes available again. Management staff all give different answers when you inquire about it.

Quiet, really affordable

Living here for almost two years now. Community is really quite, clean and well located (5 mins from 405). Not having AC is not a problem to us. And on some units you could install a window ac. You get 2 parking spots, one is covered. Nice dog park inside the community and quite neighbors.

Excellent Place to live! Highly Recommend

I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom after five years of living here. The staff was awesome in helping me on the transition. I looked at many apartments in the area and chose to stay here. The staff is always available when I need them, no matter what time of day. My dog and I love the great doggy park! I highley recommend living in this beautiful apartment complex. It's very clean and makes living here enjoyable.

Wonderful place to live, highly recommended.

This place is wonderful. My husband and I moved across the country with our pomeranian and found apartment searching to be very difficult. We had both dropped everything to move out to SoCal and the office manager did EVERYTHING to help us move in. Here's a list of pros and cons.
PROS:
-BEAUTIFUL landscaping. There are people working outside almost every day keeping the area beautiful. It's very true to its name. It's like we're living in a garden and I don't have to do any of the work! It's...
also incredibly clean. It's like living in a luxurious condo.
-FAMILY COMMUNITY. The residents living here are very kind and respectful. LOTS of young families. Everyone mostly keeps to themselves but are friendly when passing each other on the way in.
-SAFE! The whole complex is in a gated community.
-PARKING! Lots and lots of parking. Each resident gets one covered parking and the rest is in the gated community. I always find parking.
-MAINTENANCE Service is outstanding. The main caretaker, Romero, is wonderful. I simply have to find him or ask for him at the front desk and my problem is resolved immediately. We had an issue with the disposal and he came right up to fix it. He's also on call 24/7. The whole street had a power outage late at night and he came to manually work the gate (which is electric) AWESOME guy.
-LOCATION! We are right in-between the 405, 91, and 110. It's easy to get everywhere. We are also 5 minutes from La Galleria mall and 15 from Del Amo. Hawthorne Blvd has everything you could ever need. Restaurants, shopping, Walmart, Target, Grocery stores. Albertsons is within walking distance as well as Starbucks and Chipotle.
-DOG PARK! It's small, but a great convenience for the dogs. Just walk him there and let him loose! You don't even have to leave the complex. There are bags provided for pick-up. Such a great place for dog owners.

Cons (most of these are personal preferences)
-No air conditioning. When we first moved in we saw an air vent and immediately assumed it was an air-conditioning unit. It was our own fault for not asking/checking but we'd prefer air conditioning. We voiced our concern with the manager and they sold us their personal air conditioner. Romero, the caretaker, even installed it for us.
-No dishwasher. As it is just the two of us, this is no big deal. I couldn't imagine having a family though without one. Again this is personal preference and also our fault for not asking/checking. Still worth it for such a wonderful place.
-Hardwood floors. For some, this would be in the pros section but we personally like carpet. We just bought a bunch of rugs and again, problem solved.
-Constant work outside. There is a lot of work done outside to keep the gardens and the outside clean, which is AWESOME, but it does mean that you get the noise from it. It's not bad of course, just predictable. Lawn being mowed (yes there's grass!) the power hose to keep the sidewalks cleaned, and other maintenance noise. This is during the day and the quiet hours after nine are always adhered to.

That's it! I highly recommend living here. We've been here 8 months now and absolutely love it. Won't be moving unless our jobs take us away. Definitely made it our home.

Great place that delivers on everthing they offer.

Absolutely a great place to be. We moved from out of state and all was as they promised. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly. My wife enjoys her time here while I'm at work. Should look here 1st., they give all included except electric. I have already recommended to co- workers moving to Calf.
