Awful place to live
- NO VISITOR PARKING except on the street outside the gate. For such a large apartment complex this is unacceptable for the apartments further in.
- Office staff is difficult to work with because the office is inaccessible to anyone looking to talk to someone (always locked and have to knock on the window to get someone's attention). They also close the office early or fully on days they otherwise have posted hours to be open.
- maintenance does not respond to tickets so you have no clue if... something has been fixed or not.
- no keypad on the gate so if you have a takeout delivery later than 5pm or at all on Sundays, you will need to meet them at the street or hope they follow someone in
- gate is NOT a security feature since people routinely block the gate so you have to let them in first.
- theft is common. I had a bike stolen from next to my front door and a neighbor a few apartments down from me recently had a break in. There are some cameras but they are pointed in strange directions and are likely there to catch the people running over the peacocks
- the peacocks are all over the back area of the complex. They are very loud early in the morning and poop EVERYWHERE.
- apartments are older and possibly not in the best condition or outdated. Lots of carpet
- a few garbage areas are lit but a fair number of them are not making it really unsafe to take garbage out in the evening
Knowing all of what I know now, I would not have moved in.

I wanted to touch base regarding the parking arrangements for guests within our community. If you're expecting visitors, please contact the leasing office to inquire about available temporary parking options. We strive to accommodate our residents... and their guests to the best of our abilities.
Additionally, I understand that sometimes it may be challenging to reach us during office hours. In the event that we are not in the office or have closed for the day, leaving a voicemail or sending an email is a reliable way to ensure we address your concerns promptly. Rest assured; we are committed to responding to all inquiries in a timely manner.
Regarding maintenance requests, we make it a priority to notify residents via email or phone call once their issue has been resolved. Your feedback is important to us, so please do not hesitate to let us know if any problems persist or if new ones arise.
Lastly, we are dedicated to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for everyone. If you notice any areas that require attention, especially those with waste, kindly inform the office. Our team is ready to take quick action to ensure our common areas are pristine, including daily power washing.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our community a great place to live.
