Bad mail and parking situation
You get what you pay for.
Pros: newly renovated. Close to American Canyon and Napa.
Cons: This complex doesn’t have a secure way to receive packages. If you order anything online, you run the risk of losing it at any time. Sometimes deliveries just don’t go through since couriers have no place to put it. The management really said “f*** it, you deal with it” on that one. There’s also no designated parking. It’s a free for all. There’s numbers on these parking spots but nothing is enforced.... Expect to park on the side of the street as a tenant There’s also rattling noises in the kitchen stove vent that maintenance just couldn’t fix. The sounds of Sonoma Blvd will keep you up at night. The apartments themselves don’t have any ventilation in the living spaces, so expect a lot of dust, or to keep your window open 24/7. If youre considering a studio, it can be uncomfortably small, with only 1 out of 4 units having a closet. Good luck with that. Lastly, during a storm last year, the key fob system to get into the apartment shut down. It locked me out in the pouring rain at 3am with nowhere to sleep. 24 hour maintenance was super rude and not caring at all to the situation. Super unprofessional with 0 sympathy. Overall, management likes to leave the property alone.
But again, you get what you pay for. The rent rate is amazing. Just be prepared for a lower than average quality of life in this high density complex.
