Great so far!!!!

I moved in this summer. So far everything is great. The apartment is perfect for my needs. Haven't had any issues yet. Staff is friendly and the amenities are good. I enjoy using the gym and having a garage is awesome! You also have your own laundry facilities which is so convenient. Really like it here!

I FINALLY GOT IN?????

Ive been on the waiting list since may and im moving in the day after tomorrow. .yeah i love this place..so clean and BEAUTIFUL. ..Nice and quiet KRISTY IN THE OFFICE IS SO SWEET.ITS SO CLOSE TO VVC (MY SCHOOL) IM JUST SO SOOOO excited. ANDALUSIA APTS are so awesome. .theyve got everything. .a gym.pool.buisness room.laundry facilities. .and theyre BEAUTIFUL! !! IM SO HAPPY TO FINALLY GET IN....IM NEVER MOVING. ..UNLESS I WIN THE LOTTERY..LOL

Andalusia

I like these apartments, the staff is nice, if I have a problem it gets fixed pretty fast. It's in a nice area, and the rent for floor space isn't too bad. I wish the pool was bigger for the amount of people that lived here and that there was a small park/play area for the kids like some of the other complexes nearby. Nevertheless its relatively quiet except in the summer which is to be expected.

PRETTY NICE FOR THE HIGH DESERT

The Andalusia Luxury Apartment Homes are located in the Northeast section of the High Desert of California; a couple of miles east of the Interstate-15 Freeway. Next door to Apple Valley and a few miles north of Hesperia, it is close to numerous shopping plazas in all directions; highly rated schools; local colleges; storage units; post office; city hall; courthouse and banks. It's not a long drive to several national tourist destinations for recreation such as Silverwood Lake, Lake Arrowhead... and Big Bear in the San Bernardino mountains, not to mention various desert destinations for off-roading hobbies and hiking.

The apartments are not brand new, yet they appear to be recently built. They are well maintained inside and out, and the grounds are clean and tidy; trash bins are emptied twice a week, preventing build-up and odor. It is a modestly-sized complex with security gates that require a remote to enter. The office staff is great - good people with an interest in community and safety. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, of which we rent a 3 bedroom. It's a townhouse style unit, decently-sized; furnished with a full-sized refrigerator, stove and dishwasher; full-sized washer and gas dryer inside of the unit; 2.5 bathrooms (1 on first floor and 2 upstairs) and energy efficient, auto-shut off lighting on exterior bulbs; community garages for each building with remote-controlled doors; outdoor parking spaces; on-site fitness center and a good-sized pool with a shower area and restroom.

My family has found this apartment to be cozy and comfortable for our needs and we have not had any negative experiences with our unit or our neighbors. The complex is a working class, family friendly and quiet place to rent. To date, our stay has been a pleasant one!
