So far so good. Move in process was really simple and the leasing team was really helpful in answering all questions we had. I really enjoy how clean the apartment complex is and the amenities is provides.

Nice apartments and community. It is very calm and I enjoy walking around with my dog :). Location is great! Office support is very helpful.

I enjoy living here but there are things I would improve. My parking space is two building away from where I live which does not make any sense and is EXTREMELY inconvenient for bringing things in from/out to my car. The leasing process was quiet confusing and my lease was issued with mistakes several times. People using the pool/spa are often loud, rude, drunk, or all three. Rules do not seem to be enforced at the pool. I do enjoy the apartment and the amenities though.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Strand. It’s spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location is great, with easy access to downtown. The management is responsive and helpful, and the amenities like the gym and dog park. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
