Great Place to Live

This is a great place to live. The location is great. Close to many resturants in Woodland Hills, and entertainments. The property is always clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and nice. The maintenance team is super! No complaints thus far, expect for rent that is increasingly becoming quite high.

From Homeowner to Apartment Dweller

Charming design, high ceilings and angled walls are like my single-family home. Courtyards with BBQs, pool, gym, and fireplace for friends to gather have made my transition from homeowner to apartment dweller a positive experience. My apartment home has a private sanctuary vibe that’s as great as is the staff.

Fabulous in modern times.

I love my apartment! What do I love about it? First off the front office the people who run this property are fabulous they actually care about me and my community. Next the maintenance crew is also fabulous and they care about me and my community and most important the building and grounds. Now the grounds the design of this complex is modern with a great sense of style and fend shui. No my apartment it does not feel like an apartment I have a corner unit which overlooks a fountain and a... beautiful green ginkgo and rock zen garden. Soaring palm trees reach above the courtyard to the open sky and often a full moon that beams in through my window. My apartment is cozy and modern and not boxlike has an open kitchen and a beautiful unobstructed view out my sliding glass door to the courtyard. My bedroom is spacious with plenty of Storage and a walk-in closet. With secure parking a gym and a fab pool I am content often to not leave the premises. I feel safe and secure and at home. These are fabulous modern times.
