Car break-ins and water shut offs are constant

I am a current resident here and I can tell you that this place needs some work. They constantly shut off the water, a handful of times each month consistently, some with advanced notice and sometimes they shut it off on the same day with very little to no notice at all. Aside from the water being the main issue, the area is sketchy so there have been multiple car break-ins during my 5 years living here, homeless digging through the trash and graffiti in an around the area. There is currently... multiple homeless encampments near this complex so I've stopped doing my morning and evening walks because on several occasions I've personally been harassed and even chased by one person when jogging. I would avoid this place because it is not worth the amount you're going to spend.

Just ok

The water gets turned off for a whole day pretty much every 2 weeks. Sometimes we get a warning, sometimes we don’t. Maintenance / management is OK. I had a pretty serious issue with my unit and there was no sense of urgency, no one cared, and the issue took over a month to fix. No one picks up their dog poo so it’s always around the property. Crime is an issue. Cars get broken into or stolen in the parking lots and nothing is ever done about it. Yeah it’s “gated” but the gates are broken half... the time. Homelessness has increased 100x in the area in the last 2 years & it is no longer safe to walk across the street or to the park. Since fusion has taken over, prices have gone up an astronomical amount for renovated units that are absolutely not worth it.

Stay Away

From water being shut off weekly, to roaches and rats it’s just not worth the headache.

Crime is another issue within this building.
