Do not move here!

Where do I even begin?
They can’t keep this place staffed. No one answers the phones.
You pay thousands of dollars to live in a landfill. They keep a rollaway dumpster there that overflows into the parking lot. There’s limited grass areas even though it’s “dog friendly”. You are charged for dog DNA swabs but they don’t enforce it when people leave dog poop, and they don’t even clean it up.
Our smoke detectors randomly went off one night, 3 times. I called the non emergency fire dept number to...
check it out. They told us the wiring was bad in the 2nd bedroom. When I reported to maintenance, one guy didn’t know what to do so he just removed all the smoke detectors for the weekend (super safe). On Monday, the maintenance supervisor showed up annoyed that he had to work and told me the wiring was fine and the firemen didn’t know what they were talking about. You know… those guys that do the annual inspections on these things. I requested a certified electrician because it was still blinking red after he “fixed it”, but the manager sent the same guy. He told me one always blinks red (again, annoyed to be working), but then discovered the wiring was in fact loose. Once tightened & reset, it blinked green again.
We broke our lease when I was pregnant because obviously there were safety concerns living here. I was told to wait for my statement & then set up payment arrangements. I called twice after move out and was told they couldn’t help me because they didn’t have my account info. Now 10 months later they have it and are demanding payment in 3 months or they will send me to collections. No one will work with me on this. No one will answer the phones. I was told to Google the corporate number when I called the property.
Horrible business practices. Horrible customer service.

We are disappointed to hear of your experience. We aim to provide a 5-star experience and apologize that your experience did not meet that criteria. We understand that going the weekend without a smoke detector made you feel unsafe in your home and... it's our responsibility to make you feel the opposite.

With regard to the balance due we recently put different collections procedures into place which is why the balance is now being tended to by an account manager. We encourage you to work within the arrangements that are available or pay as you are able. Again our sincerest apologies for the issues during your stay and congratulations on your newest bundle of joy!

If you don't care....

There hasn't been a property manager here since I moved in in 2023. You can't get answers from the office. They don't answer emails, barely pick up the phone, usually not in the office. Residents leave their trash everywhere, food in the hallways, let their dogs run off leash, smoke. The construction of these apartments are cheap. In the winter I have frost around my main door. I have a breeze of cold air that comes through where the wall and floor meet on the outer wall so it's freezing... in the winter. It takes them over 5mths to clean up graffiti off the walls. People speed through the parking lot like it's a drag race. People steal your matts or signs off the door and patio. The office rarely communicate with the residents. Best part is they don't tell you, you have to pay for electric and gas for common areas! You basically have 2 gas and 2 electric bills. If you don't care to live on a property where you spend thousands of dollars to live for it to go to trash right in front of your face, then move in! Just don't step in the dog poop

Do not move here they do not care

This complex is not smoke- free, If a neighbor smokes you will get random leaking onto your patio from the next floor up. The patios have huge gaps in between the wood paneling on the floor so if your neibor above has pets or spills something it will get all over your stuff. Also, there are only 2 internet options that you can have. Lastly, they hire new people at the leasing office extremely often and they are not able to help you as almost every decision is made by the corporate office.
