Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Belgian Malinois and Wolf Hybrid. We also cannot accommodate exotic pets, such as snakes, rabbits, pigs, ferrets, monkeys, venomous or otherwise poisonous animals. Please ask the leasing team for more details.

The older, large trees and landscape really help set the tenor for the name, The Verdant. I appreciate the landscaping and amenities like the gym.

Safe, quiet and the feeling of not being in the city. Close to walking and biking trails, shopping, doctors and restaurants. Great staff!
