The grounds are beautiful and the neighbors have been kind as we just moved in and a couple of neighbors were kind enough to welcome us and wish us well.

Didn't clean or put snow melt down when it snowed! Trash cans never in the right place or closed in cage! Have to pay almost $44 just to pay ur rent on top of all the other expenses, doesn't accept nothing but cashier's check or pay online with the $44 charge! Guest have to register car to park in parking lot and they only can register 15 days so if you have 2 cars you have to pay for another parking spot.

Amen fortunate enough to call this my home! I am so happy to get to live In this friendly atmosphere! I lived in a different area of Colorado & the people weren't friendly or kind like they are here! The front office does little appreciation & kindness by putting snacks out & water for residents! They are open year round. I have my own entrance to my apartment & storage room also! They have a pool for summer, an excersize room too! So happy to be living here at the Oakdale spring apartments on... lionstone Dr. near all these food places & 2 Walmarts!

Friendly staff made it easy to do paperwork and sign lease, so far we have no complaints, our home is small but comfortable and cozy. I love seeing all the doggies. The grounds are a bit dirty but other than that we are grateful for a place to call home.
