Great staff- from the leasing office, to concierge, to maintenance. There’s always a strong presence of help around the corner. And when there’s an inevitable problem, it’s quickly resolved and it’s easy to get a hold of someone.

It has been a nice experience living at 1000 Speer. A great location and great team.
The maintenance team has been wonderful and the concierge team as well.

My only negative (and major negative) is the bilt rewards that forces you to use their credit card and absolutely reject my bank's.

Everything went great moving in, however, the pool hasn’t been working since we moved in 2 months ago. They said it would be fixed within the first two weeks of us moving in.
