Alexan Julian Apartments

Best location possible. Sandwiched in between two great squares. The neighborhoods are very walkable and very quaint. The amenities are top notch as well!

Been living here for 3 years now and it’s still my ideal living in Denver. Living in a neighborhood that feels like you’re well outside the city while being so close is great. Being equidistance from both highland square and Tennyson square is also huge!

My husband and I have really enjoyed living at Alexan Julian the past 2 years. We love the modern furnishings and amenities (particularly the hot tub, rooftop, and gym), the location is fantastic, and we’ve become great friends with our neighbors. The reason I no longer give it 5 stars is because there have been some areas of decline over time. There used to be monthly events (e.g, rooftop wine nights) hosted by the building for getting to know your neighbors, which were touted as a perk of... living here when we moved in. Now, these events are virtually non-existent, aside from the occasional grab-and-go snack (which feels lazy and lacks the social aspect). Great community with awesome amenities. Lived here for about a year now and all our neighbors are super friendly. Love that the apt is also walkable to Tennyson and 32nd street.

Very nice building, everyone at the leasing office has been very friendly and helpful so far! The apartments are quiet so you don’t hear your neighbors!
