How Is This Rating Determined?

Do not rent here

I signed my lease this summer in June. My dishwasher still does not work, and the other items I requested to be fixed when I did my walk through still is not fixed. There are used needles and trash in the entrance to your apartment, and a roach problem. The building has been without hot water for a week and no heat for a few days now. No one is ever in the leasing office and good luck trying to get a hold of someone on the phone for assistance. If I could give no stars I would. Please save... yourself the headache!

Don’t believe the recent 5 stars

Don’t let all these recent 5 stars fool you, the only reason they are there is because management offered a monetary reward to those who did so. They do NOT reflect the quality of this complex. If I could give a 0 I would. Ever since new ownership in May 2022 this place has continued to steadily decline. Do not move here unless you want stress, no communication to solve problems, and to feel unsafe. Over $2,000 in unjust charges have been added to my account and management is failing to respond... to any communication about it. These charges include duplicate deposits, double charging on rent, and pet fees when I have submitted ESA letters upon move in. They didn’t charge utilities for over 9 months, with no official communication about it during those months, but now they are backtracking and adding $900 to everyone’s account for past utilities. This place is a nightmare, stay far away.

Great Apartment for the Price!

I've lived here for a few months now and absolutely love Stratford at Lowry. Kendra in the front office is absolutely amazing. Kind, full of personality, friendly and very accommodating. The maintenance team is quick to help out if anything should go wrong, even when off duty. These guys are the first ones up in the morning plowing the snow from the sidewalks, salting the area, and are very approachable if there are any concerns. The apartments themselves are great. High ceilings, skylights, and... energy efficient. Love the dog park, and the kid friendly basketball courts. Price is very reasonable too. Overall, best apartment and working team I have encountered thus far. Thanks guys!
