Just not great, packages always stolen. Water smells like sewer in dishwasher and laundry. Elevators are always broken, and AC never works in the gym.

We have had multiple maintenance requests in for over a month with no one coming to look at it.

Amenities are nice but also maintenance problems with those for long periods of time making them unusable (ex. No AC in Gym/Grills not working for long periods of time, elevators out for months)
