Very noisy, do not live below people here

The loudest (and most expensive) apartment I’ve ever lived in. I can hear every footstep from my upstairs neighbors -it shakes my unit and rattles my light fixtures. Earplugs, white noise machines and noise canceling headphones are the only way I can get some peace (but still woken up regularly). It is very hard to sleep, work from home or relax with all the noise/ vibrations and is severely effecting my life. Management has yet to take any action besides offering me to transfer units which... would come with a transfer fee, increased rent and moving costs. Horrible experience.

*this is all my opinion and based on my personal experience. Hoping to help others avoid what could be a very long year for them.
