U don't what my review for this anymore. I think this was the BIGGEST mistake ever moving here. I wish I would have read the reviews before moving here. It is like a prison camp being here. I guess I have to give a star to move on but 1 star is to good for this place

I have tohire a teen to shovel my walk to get out of my apt. The person who is responsible for shoveling rarely does this.
Daniel took a lamp of mine in November & has never returned it despite my multiple inqueries. Why?

I wanted to take the time and write this. I enjoy living in this community not only because of the area but also because of the management team. Not only are they very communicative but they are also very personable. I have not had to ask for maintenance more than once but the one time that I did, they were sure to service me immediately. My leasing agent Ms. Sophia is wonderful and a very sweet person, every interaction I have had with her has been delight! She definitely needs recognition as... an agent and a person! Being here for the last 8 months has been a pleasure, I feel supported not only from the management team but as well as the community. I just wanted to thank everyone at Glen at Lakewood for being great individuals but also understating and flexible.

The location is great, however maintenance sometimes takes a long time to address issues. Since moving in we've had a slew of issues. Some got addressed while others are still outstanding. It's not the managements fault or maintence's fault. It's an old apartment complex. Lots of deferred maintenance and ownership obviously is budget conscious.

Nice place, had to get a few things done by maintenance at move in but they fixed them fast. We have loved living here so far it’s only been about a month but still liking it. Hot tub is very nice.
