Constant Construction Will RUIN Your Experience
Looking for a nice quiet apartment, do yourself a favor and keep looking. You would think that given the circumstances of the pandemic and the resulting safer at home order, our leasing office would attempt to make us feel comfortable at home, not so. Instead for the last eighteen months we have been plagued with nearly constant construction which make relaxing all but impossible. The situation has been further exacerbated as many of us are forced to work from home. Nearly everyday we have large... crews of contractors drilling, sawing, operating large equipment, and making life hell for us residents. I wish I was exaggerating. Today we were privy to the sound of jackhammers and concrete saws at 7:45AM, no warning from the leasing office that work would be performed, or heads up given that our only entrance in and out of the building would be blocked. Rather than treating us like residents, our leasing office treats us as impediments to their projects as they desperately make aesthetic improvements so they can continue raising rent prices. They fail to communicate with residents, and during a recent asphalting project towed many residents cars because they failed to move them after receiving a poorly marked paper notice only twenty four hours in advance. Its pretty ridiculous. If you enjoy having to wear noise cancelling ear phones and adjusting plans because you've unexpectedly been trapped in your home by construction teams, by all means, sign a lease. Just know there are ample options for the amount of money this complex charges, hopefully some of those treat their residents with more consideration.

We are sorry to hear of your displeasure. We see you have posted as "anonymous". Please allow us to explain, we are in process of improving our beautiful complex and from time to time it will require some construction noises. We do take into... consideration of our residents and ask that our contractors work during the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. We do send out notification about any upcoming work. We do sincerely apologize on this last construction that took place on 10/6/2020, as there was a few miscommunication . However, with the asphalt project, we sent out notice on 8/18/2020 and the project was done on 8/24 and 8/25/2020. Please reach out to the office, so we can make sure your contact information is up to date to ensure you are receiving our notifications. My name is Sue Tran and I am the Community Manager.
