Overpriced apartments bent on making you broke

Hidden utilization and admin fees that aren’t explained in the leasing agreement.

These apartments are horrifically overpriced for the area and quality you are paying for. They are situated directly next to a train track, and a busy main road that connects to Boulder, and so you will regularly hear traffic or the train blow by.

There is no way to accessibly enter the community coming from the West, and so the only way to enter is by flipping a U and driving West.

There are no cameras in the... complex and so there are frequent break ins to the community pool and are often loud noise disturbances in the apartment community.

Not worth the cost of living to stay here.
