Positive reviews are not people who live here, they are trying to bury truthful reviews...
The reviews of people stating no parking issues, naming employees who as the dates of the post no longer work here. Nice try. The moving trucks are hear daily with more people moving out than in. Why? The biggest issue is that RMS hires inexperienced individuals to manage their properties. Their training must include how to pass the buck and make excuses.
Homes on Turner Road (entrance rd) are exposed to the high traffic of those enjoying paths to walk their dogs or just exercise. The road... itself is a busy road Monday through Friday with large freight trucks going to and from Belimo.
During the school year there are two school districts (Danbury for Mayfair residents, and Ridgefield for the Turner Hill Estates) who will be picking up and dropping off students twice a day. So in order to enjoy the 1st floor means having no privacy.
The clubhouse and pool are self monitored areas. Originally there were two employees here on a full time basis, then one. Now its someone a few days a week. When teens who live here invite their friends to enjoy the club house and pool it can be loud and guest dont usually abide by the rules -especially when its of no consequence to them. There are people who are aware they can access the pool and clubhouse through a door that doesnt lock.
The gym equipment is outdated. Really walk through and look at it. Its a basic gym and is crowded to the point you have to wait to use certain equipment during the times its going to have the most traffic (early morning and after work hours) The pool floor is usually covered with debris as a result of it not being maintained properly. Chemicals are not used adequately either.
Parking is an issue. If I could do it I would post the numerous emails all residents receive demanding, (because that is what a all caps wording in a sentence means to most) they park 1 vehicle in their garage at all times. Sedans and SUV will not fit.
Its NOT quiet here. Residents can hear the outside like its happening in your home. The windows are covered in cheap tin blinds that are flimsy and bend out of place.
White carpets lend themselves to having guests remove their shoes but at the entrances of the room, carpet tacs will pierce your foot. There is no padding for a 12 inches around the edge of each room and then what does exist is the cheapest it comes. It covers a concrete floor so it takes a toll on your knees and back.
Bottom line: There is no luxury and there is no sense of community here.
